About
Our Story
Northern Nevada sits in a high desert, but our region is also a “childcare desert”, with resources to cover only a small portion of the childcare demand. To help meet this need in the community, The Rock Church founded Pebbles Preschool and Kindergarten to provide quality care and education for children and families living in the Reno/Sparks area. Through our preschool, kindergarten, and off-track elementary program, kids are cultivating the values, skills, and relationships that lead to a successful future.
As a licensed preschool and kindergarten, our trained teachers and staff provide unique, play-based programs to prepare children (infant-kindergarten) intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically. Our curriculum is based on developmentally appropriate standards, with tangible milestones for every age group. Our objective is to ensure that all children build a foundation for success, regardless of how they learn.
Affordable Care
We are committed to providing a safe, loving, educational, fun, and affordable experience for infants through 10 years of age. We offer competitive tuition rates, and financial assistance may be available for qualifying families. Expert Staff
Our child development programs are staffed with people who are trained in cognitive, physical, spiritual, and social development. Each highly qualified staff member is experienced, educated, and actively involved in helping your child explore their unique learning style.

BEFORE & AFTER
SCHOOL CARE
We provide care for school age children before and after school hours. We also provide transportation to and from the following elementary schools:
Sepulveda, Van Gorder, Bud Beasley, and John C. Bohach.
SUMMER & OFF TRACK
PROGRAMS
The Summer and Off Track Programs are designed to provide elementary-age children with the care and support they need by offering flexible childcare after school, during holiday breaks, and throughout the summer months. Our program offers comprehensive, age-appropriate, and engaging care for elementary school children up to the age of 10.
